Soya is not only produced by Asia or South-America. Indeed, the beans used in the manufacture of Sojasun products are all produced by the French agriculture, grown mainly in the Centre, the South-West and South-East of France.
The proximity of the growing regions offers a considerable advantage: it guarantees supplies whilst monitoring the quality of the production. It also limits the environmental impact linked to transport.
Sojasun works in close partnership with its soya bean suppliers. In order to be accredited, which can be challenged several times a year, the farmer is committed towards Sojasun to a GMO free policy, but also to environmentally friendly farming methods. He must therefore comply with very stringent specifications and expect impromptu checks on the cultures and assessments of samples.
