A pro-eminently “ecologic plant”, growing soy fully respects the environment:
- It requires very little fertilisers and pesticide
- Soy is a self-pollinating plant (autogamous), thus avoiding the risks of cross-pollinations, with GMO for instance
- It enriches the soil, protects the ground water, and creates nutritive substances which supplement the soil for the following culture
- It only needs moderate watering
- It is a rustic culture, very much appreciated in biologic agriculture
