Making a "Yoghurt-Pot Cake" with Sojasun
For 6 people
1 unflavoured Sojasun dessert (or flavour of your choice)
2 pots of brown sugar, for its mild caramel flavour and mineral content
3 pots of semi-wholemeal flour, for its fibre and nutrients
½ a pot of walnut oil, for its Omega 3 content and flavour
½ a packet of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Sojasun products used:
- Natural soya speciality
Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 5-6). Butter a round cake tin.
Pour the Sojasun Vanilla into a bowl.
Add, in the following order and mixing well with a wooden spoon: the sugar, the eggs one by one, the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the oil.
Pour into the mould and bake for 35 minutes.
Leave to cool and unmould.
