We are sometimes miles away from the healthy and balanced food we aspire to. Our food is often too rich, too fatty, too sweet and associated to an increasingly sedentary life.

Naturally rich in vegetable proteins, soya provides in addition the 8 amino acids essential to our body.

We need proteins for our muscles and stamina. Nutritionists actually recommend that we absorb more vegetable than animal proteins: 2/3 against 1/3, although we do exactly the opposite today!

So to get things right, we just need to alternate the protein sources:

  • By consuming 1 to several times a week soya-based drinks or desserts
  • By replacing once to twice a week meat by a source of vegetable proteins such as : tofu, soya burgers, soya nuggets...
